Rockport Benefits joins ELMC Risk Solutions strengthening its product portfolio in the Stop Loss market
New York, NY (June 1, 2019) – ELMC Risk Solutions, LLC, (“ELMC”) is pleased to announce that Rockport Benefits, LLC of Beverly, Massachusetts, has joined the ELMC family of companies. The acquisition of this highly respected, service-driven Managing General Underwriter complements ELMC’s strategic plan to expand our company through thoughtful approach and creativity. We aim to deliver state of the art outcomes by leveraging our combined experience, providing a range of stop loss, reinsurance, and consulting services. Rockport joins ELMC’s portfolio companies including IOA Re, RxReins, Sequoia Reinsurance, AST Risk, Midwest Risk, and ELMC Rx Solutions.
Rockport is led by Managing Directors Amy Argeros and Heidi Herlihy, industry veterans with extensive experience in the medical stop loss arena. Both Argeros and Herlihy have contributed to the growth of other leading stop loss entities before turning their attention to building Rockport into a successful boutique firm.
